Sr. BCP Representative - Tidewater, VA

To accelerate store growth with larger and more sophisticated business owners, the Sr BCP Rep is responsible for finding and developing
single site BCP opportunities in assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Find and Develop single site opportunities for BCPs in assigned territory. Negotiate deal points and present opportunities to Conveinece and
Gas store owners on the advantages of converting their stores to the 7-Eleven Brand. Subject Matter expert for converting stores to the 7-
Eleven through the Business Conversion Program. Work closely with the franchisng depatartment for qualifying and approving BCP
franchisees. Works closely with SEI Fuels to develop supply relationships and BCP relationships. Develop relationships with wholesale
dealers who may wish to convert their C-store business. Develop and Manage a network of Brokers, developers & equity companies and
other fuel suppliers that may wish to have their tenats qualify for the BCP. Work Closely with the Portfolio Account Manager to work with
Portfolio Accounts that may have other tenats (dealers) who wish to convert their stores to the 7-Eleven Brand. Work with both the Real
Estate Team and Network Planning to align on store growth and analysis of opportunities.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree Experience: 3-5, Deal making; negotiations. Strong understanding of BCP and/or SEI operations. Strong
understanding of the fuel industry. Ability to analyze financial modeling. Deal making and negotiation skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
