Rivermont, a New Story School in Warsaw, VA is seeking a qualified BCBA/BCaBA to conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and skill-based assessments in the home, school and community setting.
The BCBA/BCaBA then provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
The BCBA provides training and supervision to BCaBA's, RBT's, and other responsible parties tasked with the implementation of behavior analytic interventions.
The BCBA/BCaBA then supervises and monitors treatment progress of a client through data-based progress monitoring.
Up to $10,000 sign-on or Relocation Bonus! RESPONSIBILITIES Provides clinic, school and telehealth services to patients/students and their families in individualized and small group settings.
Manages and coordinates intake of new clients/new students.
Oversee ABA programs and provide parent training and supportProvides on-site clinical supervision to assigned program to ensure implementation, training, and competence of staff with ABA/VB methodology, procedures, techniques, and strategies.
Complete weekly program writing and maintain client's program book through electronic medical systemRunning monthly clinic/progress meetings with parents/guardians to promote skill maintenance and generalizationCompleted re authorization, assessment and updated treatment plan for continued services as appropriateCompletes weekly billing, monthly progress reports, and maintains documentation of all insurance required paperwork with routine self-auditsWorks within forecasted census/productivity targets.
Provide supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans per agency standards and BACB requirementsConducts a variety of evidence based skills and behavioral assessments (eg,FBAs, VB-MAPP, etc.
) and develops appropriate programming based on assessments results (eg, treatment goals and behavior intervention plans).
Including transition planning for clients ages 14 and older (eg, life-skills, vocational, self-help, etc.
)Collaborates with administrators, teachers, counselors, related service providers or other stakeholders in development and implementation of academic instruction, the IEP/ISP and assigned tasks in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA/Verbal Behavior (VB) techniques, procedures, and interventions.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
